Shipping gifts to India
We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers with family and friends back home. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Also, be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, email@example.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall VIAM attempt re-shipment of the same order.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date when placing their order (keeping in mind the minimum time required). If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
VIAM is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But VIAM will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by the postal / courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take a maximum of 36 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations.
Multiple address order
Currently, this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place separate orders.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not VIAM. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
We at Viam know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order.
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 5-7 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Due to the current Covid situation, there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays to be kept to a minimum.
Free shipping is available on all products.
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.
We ship across India. COD is currently unavailable.
Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
