1. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDERS?
We process your orders as early as possible & ship them via our trusted logistic partners. any order placed shall be dispatched within 3-4 working days & you will receive the tracking details immediately.
 
2. HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDERS?
You can browse through our products and click on the ‘Add to cart button. After you are done adding all the products you wish to purchase, you can review them by viewing your cart & then click on checkout. Once you enter your information & choose your payment method, take the necessary steps & you’re done.
 
3. DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
Whether you have purchased online or in-store, Viam offers an excellent after-care service and will assist with all repairs where possible. Please note that some styles may be irreparable depending on the materials used. If you purchased from the website please email us the picture of the damage at online@viam.co.in and a member of the team will check for the same & revert if it’s repairable or not.
